Tell us who you are, what you make, and where. Every application is checked by hand to confirm the work is genuinely non‑industrial — most makers hear back within one business day.
This is a short summary. The full legal document (HeimatliCH Maker Terms & Conditions) governs — read it before accepting.
Eligibility. Your production must be genuinely non‑industrial, and your declarations (permits, registrations) must be accurate.
Compliance. You are solely responsible for Meldepflicht registration (food), alcohol retail permits (wine), product safety, and your own tax obligations.
Orders & payout. You set your prices; fees are disclosed before you publish; payouts are released after the buyer confirms receipt.
Liability. As the seller of record, you carry statutory warranty and product‑liability responsibility for your goods (Art. 197 ff. OR; Produktehaftpflichtgesetz) — HeimatliCH is a marketplace, not the manufacturer.
Your rights. You keep ownership of your work; HeimatliCH only gets a license to display your listings.
