After confirmation, pay the seller directly using the details in your order. HeimatliCH receives no money during the pilot. Then report your payment in the order.
Paid, but not received
Open your order and check its status. Ask about delivery in the order chat. If the problem remains unresolved, report it in the order with a description. Confirm receipt only after the item arrives.
Pilot fees
HeimatliCH charges no platform fees during the pilot. Pay the item price and agreed delivery costs directly to the seller.
Close account
Email [email protected] from your registered address. Resolve open orders first. Personal account data is removed; some order records remain without names. See the privacy policy for details.
Selling
Register as a seller, verify email and mobile, and complete your profile. After review and approval you can publish listings. You decide the price and when to publish.
Buying safely
Use the confirmed order details. Never share passwords or codes. Report suspicious messages; do not pay through external links in messages.
